YOGA DEL MAR FLOW

A flowing yoga practice that combines the five elements of nature - Fire: dynamic and centering asanas that generate heat in the body to melt blockages and boundaries. Water: flowing movements that synchronize with breathing. Earth: grounding postures to center yourself. Air: moving from thinking to being. The interconnection of these elements can open up the door, for you to experience space – ether. That invisible force that connects everything in the universe. It is a feeling of oneness, of coming home.


ASHTANGA LED YOGA

Ashtanga Yoga is 99% practice and 1% theory. This class is a dynamic, flowing style that connects the movement of the body with the breath, following a structured series of asanas which creates an internal heat to purify the body. It rejuvenates your body, making it stronger, more flexible and promotes mental clarity & calmness and inner focus.

A basic asana knowledge is required to take part in this class, but you do not need to be an advanced yogi.

YIN & YANG YOGA

Yin & Yang Yoga is a powerful yoga practice (yang) combined with a calm, gentle and grounding ending (yin), which helps you to consciously perceive and release tension in your body and mind. Yin & Yang Yoga is the perfect balance of movement and relaxation, to recharge and lift your energy.


YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a slow practice where we focus on the yin parts of the body such as the fascia, joints and ligaments. It’s the perfect practice when you wish to increase your body’s mobility and to ground, recharge and strengthen your body and mind. Most poses are close to the mat and/or sitting down and we hold the poses for several minutes, in order to increase the mobility of the body, to release tension and blockages.

In Yin Yoga we can all practice together regardless if you are a beginner or experienced yoga practitioner.
